The Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC), Ministry of Education, Thailand is delighted to announce the DUO-Thailand Fellowship Program 2011. Applications have to be submitted by 29 October 2010. Applications received after 5:00 pm. 29 October 2010 will not be considered.
